We re-nail all decking regardless of whether it’s necessary. After all, the decking is the foundation of your roof. We space the nails every 4 inches on the perimeter and 6 inches in the field and use 30lb. felt rather than the typical 15lb.
Insurance Experts. We submit our roofing bids directly to the insurance adjusters using the same software they use. Not only does this maximize insurance payments, it shows the insurance companies that you are represented by professional advocates. Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance. We carry both. Not carrying these policies is irresponsible and puts you on the hook if someone is injured while at your property.
