A Success Story
This story is typical for our preferred Cool Roof product, Hydro-Stop. Our client, owner and manager of multiple laundry facilities, approached us with a big problem. "Hey Ellison," he says, "I have a bunch of properties in the four different cities spanning 400 miles - Dallas, Austin Fort Worth and Corpus Christi. All have bad leaks and angry tenants. Can you help me?"
I told him not to worry and that we would take care of him ASAP! We did, and the results shown below speak for themselves. No more leaks, cooler roof temperatures by 60 degrees with very high wind ratings, plus he has realized some nice tax benefits and helped the environment.
We applied the 5 layer Hydro-Stop elastomeric Cool Roof system. The 5 layers are comprised of one green-tinted base coat onto which a layer of mesh is placed and impreganated with another layer of base coat. After these three layers dry, two layers of the high albedo top coat is applied.

Notice how the coating is completely flashed up and over the parapet wall for a seamless roof system.
