Light Fixtures, Mirrors, Pictures. AI Roofing Company strongly recommend removing all such items if possible. Otherwise, make sure lights, etc. are firmly attached to walls or ceilings. We are not responsible for small cracks and crows-feet that appear in older plaster.
Roof Tear Off. When it's necessary to remove your existing roof, debris will fall through lath or decking into the attic. You must cover any items that require protection within your attic – our personnel are not allowed to enter into your attic space. There will be a thorough clean up of the exterior of your premises, however, we can only pick up about 98 percent of the nails in the area.
Trees and Lawn. Our crews may have to cut low hanging branches. You may prefer to have a tree trimming crew out before we begin. You will also want ensure that your grass is clipped as low as is reasonable shortly prior to our commencing work in order to make our clean-up, especially our nail magnetic sweep, as effective as possible,
Left Over Materials. Our proposals are based on a complete job. Any leftover material is the property of AI Roofing Company.
Property Inspections. The roofing foreperson and/or salesperson or superintendent will inspect the work and complete a report. Please address concerns with them at this time.
Payment. Payment may be given to the salesperson or superintendent upon completion. Please make checks payable to AI Roofing Company, LLC. The entire payment is due at the completion of the job.
